PHP Form Scripts	Description
Tectite FormMail	The one we use on this site. No cost, and unlike most contact form processors, Tectite FormMail has a long history with no exploited security vulnerabilities. Strong anti-spam features.
FormTools with MySQL Database	Store form submissions in a database, instantly providing your clients with options such as mass data export via excel, printer-friendly pages, data sorting, form submission editing and optional email of form submissions.

CGI Pearl Scripts	Description
The nms Project	One of the best CGI form processing scripts. nms FormMail is a drop-in replacement for Matt Wright's FormMail script. It is considered professional level programming but simple enough for most to use effectively. Highly recommended.
Matt Wright's Script Archive FormMail	Likely the most used form script on the web. But even Matt recommends using the script the above from nms.

ASP Scripts	Description
BrianJar FormMail	Modeled after the widely used FormMail script available at Matt's Script Archive but is written in ASP instead of Perl.
